This bracelet measures 7 inches and it has a nylon cord. To make sure that this piece will fit, measure the wrist tightly and add about 1/2 inch. Adding this half of and inch will show you that the bracelet will fit you just right and if you add 1 inch to the bracelet measurement you will know how it will fit with a little more room.
