The Magdalena Beanie is a knit beanie featuring two Cable patterns with a comfortable and a slouchy fit.
This knit cable pattern works for confident beginners and intermediate knitters and it is an engaging piece to work on. If you are a beginner with interest in learning how to knit cables, The Magdalena Beanie is perfect for it. You also need to know how to knit in the round and basic knitting stitches and how to increase and decrease stitches
12” / 30 cm long unfolded and 14” / 35 cm circumference after Blocking.

Brim: 4 mm US size 6/ 4mm - 16”/40 cm circular needles.
Body: 5 mm US size 8 - 16”/ 40 cm circular needles.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Stitch markers (4), cable needle, tapestry needle, scissors.
9 sts and 12 rounds = 2″ in Cable pattern after blocking.
To save time, take time to check gauge.
